The microlofts at 305 Commandants Way are listed from slightly under $200,000 to around $300,000, overlook Chelsea’s Admiral’s Hill Marina and are in the same building as a coworking space.
“They are oversized studios with a lot of micro components to them,’’ Michael Albano, the listing agent for the units, told Boston.com last month. Each unit has a living area, a full kitchen, air conditioning, outdoor deck space, and parking.
There’s an open house Sunday October 11, from noon to 3 p.m.
