It’s the kind of hockey hit you can appreciate.
A Hingham condo former NHL center Brian Boyle has owned for 11 years has hit the market for $3,799,000.
Boyle, who was born in Hingham and played hockey at Boston College before making his NHL debut with the Los Angeles Kings in 2008, owns the home at 59 Clubhouse Drive. Boyle played for a series of teams, including the New Jersey Devils, New York Rangers, Tampa Bay Lighting, and Toronto Maple Leafs, before his retirement in 2023, when he joined the NHL Network as an analyst.
Located near Black Rock Country Club, the home boasts a view of the course and a putting green on the property.

Listed as a detached condominium, the home was built in 2004 and offers 5,555 square feet of living space, with five bedrooms, four full baths, and two half baths. Michelle Larnard Real Estate Group listed the home on Dec. 7. The association fee is an estimated $1,950 a month, according to the listing, which describes the property as “a distinctive oasis filled with serene spaces and exquisite detail.”
“A warm & open flow, with attractive lighting, fabulous flooring, and elaborate woodwork captures the vibe of casual elegance,” the listing continues.
The first floor has an open layout encompassing the kitchen and living area, plus a primary suite with a steam shower, soaking tub, and a vaulted ceiling, as well as a guest suite and a home office with elegantly dark walls, trim, and picture frame wainscoting.

The lower level offers a gym, a family room with a fireplace, and a bar.

Inside, built-ins abound.
Walls of glass open to the backyard, where there’s a fireplace and a kitchen/bar in addition to the putting green.
The house was listed for sale in March 2023 for $3,300,000, but was taken off the market that June. Boyle had purchased it in July 2013 for $1,560,000.
The listing said the condo has been completely renovated.
