“The views are spectacular,” said listing agent Jeffrey Shuman of Luxury Residential Group. “You have views of the Boston Common and Charles River, and then views of Boston Harbor and towards the airport. You kind of get everything in there.” The property hit the market in December for $5,950,000.

Penthouse 3C at 2 Avery St., a 4,663-square-foot home, boasts a foyer with a chandelier, a coffered ceiling, wainscoting, and a tile floor. French doors at the end of the hallway lead to a spacious living room with herringbone wood floors and floor-to-ceiling windows. There’s a decorative fireplace surrounded by built-ins, Shuman said.

The large foyer has a white, coffered ceiling, with a stylish pendant light hanging from it. There is white wood wainscoting on the wall, and the floors are tile.
