The home sits on one of the highest points on the island, according to the listing, and offers views of Mass Audubon land, Cape Cod Bay, and a bit of Loagy Bay. Cathedral ceilings and exposed beams abound in the Paul Krueger-designed property, which places an open living space between two bedroom wings. The living room features a fireplace flanked by built-in shelving and a wall of sliding glass doors that lead out to an expansive back deck, which is also accessible from the kitchen and screened-in porch.
On one side of the property, there is a home office and an owner suite with a private deck. The two other bedrooms — as well as a laundry room — lay on the other side of the home. The kitchen, bathrooms, and home office are new, according to the listing.
