His home has four bedrooms, four terraces, a home theater, and very plus decor.
“Friends” star and Williamstown native Matthew Perry has listed his 9,290-square-foot Los Angeles apartment for $35,000,000, TopTenRealEstateDeals.com reports.
Best known for his role as Chandler Bing in the mega-hit sitcom “Friends,” where he made $1 million per episode, Perry has continued to act in television, film, and on stage. His most recent project was a two-part miniseries starring as Ted Kennedy in a Reelz production of “The Kennedys: After Camelot.”
He has lived in New York for the past year.
The apartment offers stunning views (there are walls of glass and four terraces), a living room with two fireplaces, a game room, a home theater, five full baths, three half baths, and four bedrooms, including a master suite with walls of glass and multiple seating areas.
Could the design be anymore plush?
The listing agents are Greg Holcomb and Cassandra Petersen of Compass Realty, Los Angeles.
