Of all the Massachusetts homes that went off the market between July 21 and 27, per the Multiple Listings Service, 1 Huntington Ave., Unit 1001 took the cake as the week’s priciest sale. The high-rise condo, sold by David Mackie of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, went for $4,700,000 on Friday, July 26.

Tucked inside luxury building Trinity Place, the front-facing unit’s living room overlooks Copley Place. In 2,848 square feet, the space accommodates three bedrooms and four bathrooms.

The master suite offers more than enough closet space with a large walk-in in addition to two full dressing rooms. To afford all residents ample privacy, the additional two bedrooms come equipped with their own bathrooms.
