A swank Fort Point condo connected to retired New England Patriot Rob Gronkowski is under agreement.
If all goes according to plan, the sale of the corner penthouse loft at 21 Wormwood St. will close on April 5, according to the listing agent, George Sarkis Jr. of The Sarkis Team at Douglas Elliman.
The asking price for the 2,100-square-foot unit was $2,375,000, according to the real estate listing. The property features a 340-square-foot private roof deck and a custom-built kitchen with milled antique fir carpentry and a restaurant-grade stainless steel Viking stove with dual ovens, a third stainless Miele oven, and a Subzero fridge.
