Harvard alum Joshua Kushner and supermodel Karlie Kloss put NYC condo up for sale
Four months after their October wedding, Karlie Kloss and Joshua Kushner have put their Manhattan condo on the market.
Located in the Nolita neighborhood, the supermodel-businessman duo’s home is currently listed for $6,995,000. Kushner, the brother of Donald Trump’s senior advisor and son-in-law Jared Kushner, is an alumnus of Harvard University and Harvard Business School.
The two-bedroom condominium features two full bathrooms, one half bathroom, and herringbone walnut flooring throughout the unit.
Three distinct seating areas, as well as a custom flamed granite fireplace make up the 28-foot east-facing living room.
French doors are the gateway to the master suite, which features two walk-in closets and a large linen closet. The master bathroom is equipped with a glass-walled shower and standalone tub.
The second bedroom also features a walk-in closet, as well as a newly renovated bathroom with a steam shower. The space is currently utilized as a media room, but is large enough to fit a king-sized bed, according to the listing.
The kitchen features Danish walnut cabinets as well as Viking and Sub-Zero appliances. A dining area with floor-to-ceiling French doors leads to the outdoor terrace, a highlight of the property.
The 1,120 square-foot landscaped terrace is complete with a gas fireplace, irrigation system, and two pergolas adorned with ivy.
The red brick seven-story building, designed by Roman and Williams, is comprised of fifteen units. Amenities include a bike room, doorman, gymnasium, and roof terrace.
The home was put on the market by listing agents Nick Gavin and Josh Doyle of Compass. See more photos of the property below.
