Last week’s priciest sale was a Bristol County home on more than 800 feet of shoreline that sold for $6 million on Tuesday.

The four-bedroom estate, sold by William J. Milbury of Milbury and Company, sits on 47 acres. A private gravel lane through meadows and woodlands leads up to the 6,958-square-foot manor.

Nearly ever room in the home offers views of the Westport River. This includes an open living and dining area with a curved wall of glass, as well as a winding staircase and stone fireplace.

Other notable areas of the home include a media room and a master suite complete with an office/dressing room and a deck. The remaining three bedrooms all include en-suite baths. There are five full bathrooms and one half bath in total. A porch, deck, gunite pool, two barns, and a timber pier and dock complete this luxury Shingle-style property. The property cannot be subdivided because of an agricultural preservation restriction.
