A renovated Beacon Hill carriage house that sold for $7.5 million tops our biggest sales
A four-bedroom home in Beacon Hill was No. 1 on our list of priciest sales this week, selling for $7,500,000 on Tuesday. An English Tudor in Weston offering 10 bedrooms sold for $5,000,000 on Wednesday, taking second place. And a luxury Back Bay condo and new construction in Newton round out our tally — they sold for $4,350,000 and $3,400,000, respectively.
33 Beaver Place, Beacon Hill
This former carriage house on the Flat of Beacon Hill sold for $7,500,000 on Tuesday. According to its listing, it boasts renovated interiors, a walk-out private roof deck with a fire pit, and an attached two-car garage. The 4,664-square-foot home has an open-concept great room, complete with a skylight, living and dining area, and kitchen with a walk-in pantry. All four bedrooms come with ensuite baths, including the second-floor master. That one has a jetted tub and steam shower.

99 Westcliff Road, Weston
“The Henderson House,” which rests on 5.62 acres in Weston, was sold for $5,000,000 on Wednesday. According to its listing, this 10-bedroom English Tudor contains a banquet hall, a grand foyer, and architectural detailing throughout. Originally built in 1928, the 16,463-square-foot home has five full and four half baths.

This Back Bay unit with city views and a private roof deck sold for $4,350,000 on Wednesday. Within 1,808 square feet of living space, you’ll find two beds and 2.5 baths, plenty of storage, and a washer and dryer. Amenities of the Four Seasons Hotel front-to-back corner residence include a doorman and a concierge, valet services, a fitness center, and an indoor pool and spa. One garage parking space is also included with the property.

According to its listing agent Carmine Petruzziello, this six-bedroom, 7.5-bath home in Newton is two stories, and also has a finished basement. The just-completed home offers a high-end kitchen with 10′ ceilings, a marble island, and a butler’s pantry. There are hardwood floors throughout, and vaulted ceilings greet you in the foyer. Other features include a heated driveway, a wine cellar, and a swimming pool. It sold for $3,400,000 last Friday.
