With the removal of one wall, a buyer can combine units 609 and 610 at 20 Rowes Wharf in Boston to create a four-bedroom corner condo with three exposures, 3,132 square feet of living space, panoramic harbor views, two balconies, and two terraces.
All the buyer has to do — besides pay the construction crew and deal with the dust — is purchase the units for a total of $9,750,000.
Removing the wall would create a 36-foot-long expanse of living room windows overlooking the harbor. In total, the units offer three full baths and two half baths, four garage parking spaces (for an additional $608 per month), and two private storage areas. Both units were built in 1987 and have been updated.
The monthly condo association fee is $6,607. Residents have access to the amenities at the Boston Harbor Hotel, as well as 24-hour concierge service.
