Topping our weekly roundup of the biggest sales was a Wellesley home with a wine room, bar, theater, and swimming pool. The estate sold for $5,850,000 on Friday, June 22. In fact, all of the properties on this week’s list — in Wellesley, Boston, Weston, and Cambridge — sold for more than $5,000,000.

The property sold for $5,150,000 on Wednesday. It has seven bedrooms, six baths, and 5,376 square feet of living space on a 0.25-acre lot.  Features of the estate include high ceilings and glass doors that connect the south-facing deck and yard to the kitchen, family room, sitting room, and library.
