At the top of our weekly roundup of the priciest home sales is a Concord mansion, which sold for a whopping $19,207,500 on Tuesday. The 8,749-square-foot home was built in 1938 and sits on nearly 90 acres of manicured grounds.
Rounding out our list are two properties hugging the Atlantic coast, as well as a contemporary Colonial in Newton.

This contemporary Colonial with five bedrooms, five baths, and two half baths sold for $3,576,000 on Friday, June 15.
