This 6,410-square-foot Colonial-style home sits on 1.04 acres abutting The Country Club’s second and sixth fairways and behind an 8-foot-high brick wall. Built in 2000, the property offers five bedrooms, five full baths, and two half baths. The home’s lower level includes a media room, a gym, a spa with a steam shower, and a wine cellar. The second-floor master suite features a separate sitting area, a balcony, a walk-in closet, and a marble bath. A suite with a separate entrance can also be found on this level. The home sold for $5,600,000 on Friday, June 1.

Part of Wellesley’s Peirce Estates, this new 8,936-square-foot property rests on 1.04 acres and spans four levels. It offers six bedrooms and 7.5 baths and sold for $5,357,000 on Friday, June 1. Some features of the property include a kitchen with a double island and a great room showcasing a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace, as well as a vaulted ceiling with reclaimed-wood beams. There are five bedrooms with en-suite baths on the second floor, including the master suite, which has a balcony and a dressing room. This two-level condo, which clocks in at 2,135 square feet, sold for $4,000,000 on Friday, June 1.
