Biggest sales: Cambridge estate with 7 bedrooms goes for $5 million-plus

The biggest sales of of this week were comprised of properties in Boston, Weston, Brookline, and Cambridge, with selling prices ranging from $2,700,000 to $5,050,000. Victorian-style homes dominated the list, which was rounded out by a residence tucked in the downtown Boston Ritz-Carlton.

A Cambridge home that had not been on the market for 64 years sold for more than $5,000,000 on Wednesday.
