The biggest home sales this week all went for about $3,000,000, except for our leader — a new property in Weston that sold for $3,700,000.

This new home on a 1.31-acre lot offers five bedrooms, six full baths, two half baths, and 7,286 square feet of living space. It sold for $3,700,000 on Monday. Inside, you’ll find architectural details such as millwork, coffered ceilings, wide-oak flooring, and French doors. The kitchen offers high-end appliances, an island, and a breakfast area. The home also has a library with built-in bookcases. The lower level is finished with a kitchen/bar area, game and exercise rooms, and a guest suite.

On Friday, March 9, this two-bedroom, 3.5-bath, 2,817-square-foot condo sold for $3,075,000. The unit, located in a historic brownstone, offers 12-foot ceilings, a private walled garden terrace, a marble fireplace, and pocket doors. The kitchen boasts granite counters and high-end appliances, while the master suite has a fireplace, a walk-in closet, and a marble bath.
2 Trinity Court, Wellesley
