Brick Brookline estate with conservatory tops biggest sales
An oceanfront home in Duxbury and condos in Downtown Boston and in the South End also made our list.
This week’s big home sales round-up includes two single-family homes — in Brookline and Duxbury — and two Boston condos — one downtown and the other in the South End. The Brookline property was the priciest, selling for $6,025,000, but the others weren’t too far behind.

The living area offers a gas fireplace and a wall of windows, and the master bath has a heated floor.
