There was not much variety in this week’s sales roundup: Two massive single-family homes in Weston and two Marlborough Street condos in Back Bay topped our list.

The priciest sale was a 12,870-square-foot custom home in Weston that went for $7,500,000. The other single-family in Weston sold for $4,500,000, while the Marlborough Street units sold for $3,835,000 and $3,600,000.
