Top seller: 7,657-square-foot Brookline mansion
Two properties in Back Bay and one in Weston also made our list.
The biggest home sales this week included two suburban estates, in Weston and Brookline, and two city condos, both in Back Bay. The sales ranged from $2,950,000 to $3,940,000.
Though they all have different styles and amenities, they are all worth checking out:
219 Fisher Ave., Brookline
This six-bedroom, 5.5-bath, 7,657-square-foot home on Fisher Hill sold for $3,940,000 on Wednesday. Inside, you’ll find a large eat-in kitchen with a 10-foot marble island, a subway tile backsplash, and stainless-steel appliances. The master suite boasts a sitting room, walk-in closets, and a bath with marble tiling. There is also a formal dining room, studies, family rooms, a third-floor great room, and a semi-finished basement. The home, which sits on a 0.43-acre lot, has a wraparound porch.
77 Love Lane, Weston
This brick home with six bedrooms, four full baths, and three half baths sits on a 2.16-acre lot with bluestone terraces and mature plantings. It sold on Friday, Jan. 12, for $3,800,000. The foyer has a limestone floor, the great room is topped with a coffered ceiling, and the office features a custom-designed fireplace, one of several in the home. The kitchen offers an island with seating, white cabinetry, and stainless-steel high-end appliances. The master suite has a fireplace, a marble bath, a coffee station, and a balcony.
776 Boylston St., Unit E11G, Back Bay
This two-bedroom, 2.5-bath, 1,886-square-foot condo in the Mandarin Oriental sold for $3,300,000 on Friday, Jan. 12. There is an open living and dining room, making entertaining easy, while the kitchen offers stainless-steel appliances. The master suite features a walk-in closet, a glass shower, and a soaking tub. There are also hotel amenities available, such as spa services, security, 24-hour concierge, a storage unit, and one valet parking spot.
151 Beacon St., Apt. 3, Back Bay
Spanning two town houses, this renovated three-bedroom, 2.5-bath, 2,023-square-foot condo sold for $2,950,000 on Wednesday. There are hardwood floors throughout, along with high ceilings, molding, built-ins, and fireplaces. The kitchen boasts an island and gas cooking, while the dining area has a bay window. The master suite offers a sitting area, a walk-in closet, two additional closets, and a bath with a double vanity and a soaking tub. The property comes with a parking space.
