Take a look at four of Boston’s priciest sales this week
Homes in Back Bay, the South End, and Downtown Crossing took the top spots o our list.
All four of the biggest home sales this week were in Boston proper, in three neighborhoods: Downtown Crossing, the South End, and Back Bay.
The priciest sale of the week was (not surprisingly) in Downtown Crossing’s Millennium Tower, where a penthouse unit sold for $5,050,000. Other big sales include a South End town house in Worcester Square that went for $3,800,000, a Back Bay penthouse with a private elevator that sold for $2,800,000, and a South End condo with a terrace that closed for $2,795,000.
