Mostly Boston sales topped the charts in our weekly roundup: A Back Bay condo sold for $5,191,000, a South End church-turned-condo went for $3,535,000, and a renovated Back Bay unit sold for $3,375,000. Completing our tally is a massive Dover estate set on 4.88 acres that went for $3,000,000.
