In addition to the Brattle Street home, a waterfront home in Marblehead and 1890 Cambridge Queen Anne that both sold for $4,250,000, and a newly constructed Wellesley home went for $3,100,000.

This 10-bedroom, four-bath, two-half bath, 8,372-square-foot Colonial Revival in Cambridge sold for $7,400,000 on Friday, Oct. 20. It is set on a 0.47-acre lot. Outside, you’ll notice columns, pilasters, bays, balconies, and keystone arches. Inside, there are classical elements, such as Greco-Roman details and carvings, while the kitchen is updated and modern.
12 Davis Road, Marblehead
Set on an acre lot on Marblehead’s Peach’s Point, this five-bedroom, six-bath, two-half bath, 5,570-square-foot shingle-style home sold for $4,250,000 on Monday.
