As far as the Boston-area market goes, the biggest home sales this week aren’t going to break any records — all of them are for under $3 million. A three-bedroom Beacon Hill home took top dollar at $2,800,000, while a South End condo came in close behind at $2,650,000. A South End fixer-upper sold for $2,250,000, and a new South End condo went for $2,150,000.
