If you have about $4 million to spend on a home in Greater Boston, the world is your oyster — you can get a condo on Commonwealth Avenue, a mansion in Weston, or a unit in the Millennium Tower. This week, these sold for $4,375,000, $4,200,000, and $4,000,000, respectively.
A town house in the South End got close to the $4 million mark this week, selling for $3,800,000.

Located in Millennium Tower, this 2,196-square-foot unit with three bedrooms and 3.5 baths sold for $4,000,000 on Tuesday. On Aug. 11, this three-bedroom, 3.5-bath, 3,980-square-foot town house with two direct garage parking spaces sold for $3,800,000. You enter the home through the private garden entrance, where you will then find a 27-foot-wide space encompassing the living, dining, kitchen, and powder rooms. The master suite and a guest bedroom and bath are on the upper level. The garden level includes a family room, a third bedroom, and a full bath.
