Though no sales this week came even remotely close to the $15.3 million Beacon Hill transaction last week, there are still plenty of homes to admire.

A duplex in Beacon Hill sold for $5,600,000, while a Brookline town house and a Back Bay residence went for more than $2,900,000 each. A Newton Victorian sold for $2,750,000. Check them out:
