These two Boston homes each sold for more than $7 million this week

But a home in Weston and a Beacon Hill town house gave them a run for their money.

This week, a $5,200,000 home in Weston set on 3.35 acres was trumped by not one, but two $7 million-plus sales in Boston — one in Beacon Hill and one in Back Bay.

Another Beacon Hill home sold for just under $3 million.

On Tuesday, this five-bedroom, 4.5-bath, 5,365-square-foot renovated home sold for $7,025,000. The property has high ceilings, hardwood floors, and an eat-in kitchen with quartz countertops and eight windows. Outside, there is a private garden with a brick patio connected to the home via a mudroom. The four-story home sits on a 0.04-acre lot.

On Wednesday, this three-bedroom, 3.5-bath, 3,346-square-foot, four-level town house in Beacon Hill sold for $2,999,000. Oh, and the home also has a two-level roof deck with city and river views.
