A completely renovated Fenway duplex penthouse that sold for $2,800,000 was not beat out by one, but by two big sales this week: a $3,450,000 Beacon Hill town house and a $6,750,000 Millennium Tower condo.

In Brookline, a large single-family stucco home in the Fisher Hill neighborhood sold for $2,525,000.
