A restored Newton Victorian that sold for $2.75 million was this week’s big seller

All of the big sales, just like last week, were in the $2 million-plus range. Three of this week’s sales — which took place in Newton, Wellesley, and Weston — ranged from $2,540,000 to $2,750,000. They are all single-family homes with lots of square footage.

Last, but not least, is a Cambridge condo that sold for $2,485,000. It may have less than 2,000 square feet of living space, but the Charles River views can’t be beat.
