Along with Charles River views, the home boasts a first-floor master suite. A glass stairwell leads to the kitchen and great room upstairs, where there is a balcony. There is also direct access to a tandem parking garage.

This Gambrel with seven bedrooms, seven full baths, and two half baths in 7,199 square feet, sold for $5,800,000 Monday. The home, once the set of “Grown Ups 2” starring Adam Sandler, was renovated in 2005. On Monday, this 48th-floor Millennium Tower unit with three bedrooms, 4.5 baths, and 2,773 square feet of living space sold for $5,300,000. Along with city views and upscale finishes, the owner will also have access to building amenities, such as 24-hour concierge, a screening room, library, function room, lap pool, and a terrace.
