A large estate in Manchester sold for double the selling price of each of this week’s other big home sales, all of which are located in Boston proper. One condo on Boston’s waterfront and another on Back Bay’s Marlborough Street each sold for more than $3 million. Another condo on Marlborough went for slightly above $2.6 million. On Jan. 13, this six-bedroom, six-bathroom, three-half bathroom, 7,967-square-foot shingle-style home sold for $6.15 million. Not only does the home, which sits on 1.68 acres of land, have ocean views from almost every room, it boasts a large guest cottage.
451 Marlborough St., Unit Residence E, Back Bay, Boston
This four-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom, 2,922-square-foot condo located in the Four51 Marlborough building went for $3.625 million on Tuesday. The condo comes with private elevator access and a private terrace.

This three-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom, 2,292-square-foot townhome on Boston Harbor sold for $3.1 million, also on Tuesday. The unit features exposed brick, a wood-burning fireplace, new appliances in the kitchen, panoramic views, and a common roof deck.
