This four-bedroom, three-bathroom, two-half bathroom, 4,887-square-foot condo with panoramic views of Commonwealth Avenue sold for $5.55 million on Monday. The unit features a grand entry foyer, a wood-paneled library and an eat-in kitchen.

This 10,010-square-foot home in Wellesley with six bedrooms, six bathrooms, and two half bathrooms sold for $4.5 million on Jan. 6. The home is set on an acre of land and features a recreation room with a bar, a wine room, a media room, a play room and an exercise room.
451 Marlborough St., Apt. 4, Back Bay, Boston
This 2,078-square-foot Back Bay condo with three bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms sold for $3.799 million on Monday. The unit, which has a private balcony, is a penthouse in a newly built luxury condo building.
