This five-bedroom, seven-bathroom, two-half bathroom, 7,863-square-foot home sits on 4.41 acres of land and is right near the Charles River. It sold for $3.8 million on Dec. 29. Other features include a private dock, pool, and indoor basketball court.
35 Channel Center St., Unit 509, South Boston, Boston
This condo is located in an old industrial building and retains much of that charm, including exposed brick, beams and large windows. The four-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom, 2,742-square-foot unit sold for $3.1 million on Dec. 30.
28 Windsor Rd., Wellesley
This five-bedroom, 6.5-bathroom, 5,287-square-foot home sold for $2.85 million on Dec. 30. The 1930s colonial features a library with a fireplace, a mudroom, a lower level with a wine cellar and a blue stone patio outside.
9 Westgate Rd., Wellesley
This five-bedroom, four-bathroom, two-half bathroom home with 5,839 square feet of living space sold for $2.55 million on Tuesday. The foyer opens to a living room with a coffered ceiling. The kitchen has a center island and plenty of natural light.
