A Millennium Tower penthouse sold for $11 million this week trumping other area home sales

It seems rare that a week goes by without hearing about yet another large Millennium Tower sale — and this week was no exception. One of the penthouses in the Downtown Crossing luxury tower sold for just under $11 million, much more than the other sales seen around the Greater Boston area.

Despite their lower prices, three $2 million sales, in Concord, Beacon Hill, and Lexington, are still worthy of a look. Check them out.

1 Franklin St., Ph 4B, Downtown Crossing, Boston

On Tuesday, this three-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom, 4,110-square-foot condo in the Millennium Tower Penthouse Collection sold for $10.9 million. Not surprisingly, this condo has floor-to-ceiling windows and panoramic views from every room. The owner will also have access to all the building amenities, such as a 24-hour concierge, an outdoor terrace, a 75-foot lap pool, and a fitness facility.

This five-bedroom, six-bathroom, three-half bathrooms with 11,485 square feet of living space near the Concord River sold for $2,995,000 on December 9. The home’s large windows bring in lots of natural light while also showcasing the surrounding nature.

105 Myrtle St., Beacon Hill, Boston

On December 8, this three-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom, 2,272-square-foot Federal style home sold for $2,8 million. The home was renovated in 2011 to have a modern kitchen with updated appliances and a custom wet bar in the parlor. Outside, you’ll find a roof deck with Charles River views.

This 6,648-square-foot new construction home with five bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms sold for $2,162,500 on December 9. The home features details like 10-foot ceilings, built-ins, a center island with seating in the kitchen, and a terraced stone patio outside.
