This Back Bay home with views of the Public Garden just sold for $5.3 million
300 Boylston St., Unit 501 sold for $5,295,000 on Tuesday.
Before the Millennium Tower’s penthouse sold for more than $30 million in February, the previous Boston home price record had gone to a Back Bay condo; 300 Boylston Street, Unit 1005-1006 sold last November for $15.4 million dollars.
This week, another unit in that same building sold for a hefty price tag. Though 300 Boylston St., Unit 501 sold for a third of the price of Unit 1005-1006, it still makes the list of big home sales for this week.

This two-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom, 2,406-square-foot condo with views of the Boston Public Garden sold for $5,295,000 on Tuesday. Thanks to a recent renovation, the unit has a clean, sleek feel. Floor-to-ceiling windows draw in a great deal of natural light.
62 Glen Rd., Wellesley
On Tuesday, this six-bedroom, five-bathroom, three-half bathroom, 8,189-square-foot Victorian-era estate sold for $3,000,000. Though it was built in 1897, the home boasts renovated interior spaces with lots of room for family, guests, and entertaining.
73 Monument St., Concord
Set on a lot of almost an acre, this late 19th-century Italianate-style home with five bedrooms, four bathrooms, and 3,799 square feet of living space sold for $2,250,000 on November 10. The house includes a newer rear wing two-story addition and details such as high ceilings, oversized windows, a three-season porch with a French door, and a large media/sitting room on the third floor.
65 Bridge St., Manchester
On Monday, this four-bedroom, four-bathroom, two-half bathroom, 5,973-square-foot hilltop home in Manchester sold for $2,195,000. Only accessible by private drive, the shingle-style house offers lots of natural light, a foyer with a fireplace, and a private balcony. Outside, you’ll find a rear patio.
