Boston and Brookline had quite a good week for big home sales, but houses in those areas couldn’t beat out a 16-acre Natick estate that borders the Charles River. That said, all four homes below—which sold for between $2 million and $3 million—are certainly easy to look at.

Nestled between the Charles River and the Audubon Sanctuary is this four-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom, 3,468-square-foot estate that sold for $3,475,000 on Friday, October 21. The home sits on 16 acres of land, on which you can find an eight-stall barn with an apartment, an indoor riding arena with more stalls and another apartment, and a jumping ring.
