On Wednesday, this six-bedroom, six-bathroom, two-half bathroom home with 8,000 square feet of living space sold for $3,344,875. It’s a new construction home, outfitted with a two-story foyer, a cherry-paneled library, a large dining room, and a chef’s kitchen with lots of natural light. Outside, there’s a stone fireplace, limestone patios, and gardens.
11 Rutland Sq., South End, Boston
This five-story townhouse with five bedrooms, three bathrooms, two half bathrooms, and 3,568 square feet of living space sold for $3 million on Tuesday. Built in 1860, there are plenty of historic details still visible, such as original double doors leading to the entry hall and an ornate marble mantel. There is also a deck, perfect for outdoor dining.
55 Eastern Point Blvd., Gloucester
An oceanfront estate with view of Gloucester Harbor, this five-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom, 4,422-square-foot home sold for $3 million on Tuesday. The home was built in 1920 in the Georgian Revival style and features views from every room, along with a detached two car garage that can also be used as a boat house, and the use of the private Braces Cove Beach.

Located in Newton’s Waban Center, this seven-bedroom, 7.5-bathroom, 7,342-square-foot home sold for $2,900,000 on Tuesday. The brick and stucco open concept Colonial mixes a more classic look with many modern updates, such as a contemporary kitchen with a breakfast area.
