$5.3 million Weston mansion just falls short as biggest home sale of the week
It’s hard to claim the title when competing with giant Millennium Tower sales.
It’s hard to claim the biggest home sale of the week when competing with giant Millennium Tower sales. While a massive home in Weston sold for $5,250,000, a Millennium Tower corner condo went for slightly more at $5,350,000.
That condo, 1 Franklin St., Unit 4703, is on the 55th floor of Millennium Tower and has three bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, 2,773 square feet of living space, and floor-to-ceiling windows with amazing views.
That wasn’t it for the Millennium Tower this week, either. Unit 3903 sold for $5,200,000 on Monday. It has three bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, 2,222 square feet of living space and, once again, amazing views.
Of course, you can’t ignore the rest of the city and suburbs, as huge home sales were seen all across Greater Boston this week. Check them out.
