A Millennium Tower condo on a top floor sold for over $5 million this week
Though much of the news has been about the Millennium Tower penthouse, which was on the market for $37.5 million, you can’t forget about the rest of the pricy pads in the 60 story building. 1 Franklin Street, Unit 5206 went for $5,250,000, which was the highest of many expensive sales in Boston this week.
A Wellesley home sold for $3,695,000, but much of the action took place right in the city.

On July 15, this three-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom, 2,663-square-foot condo on the 52nd floor of the Millennium Tower sold for $5,250,000. The unit is a corner residence and has 10-foot ceilings, high-end appliances, 24-hour concierge, and the many other building amenities.
22 Liberty Drive, Unit 7B, Seaport, Boston

In the luxurious, waterfront Twenty Two Liberty building, this condo with 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and 1,635 square feet of living space sold for $3,750,000 on July 15. Along with a balcony, floor-to-ceiling windows, and amazing views, the condo has en suite bedrooms in separate wings, marble finishes in the master bathroom, and lots of building amenities.
144 W Canton Street, South End, Boston

On July 20, this single family home in the South End with four bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and 3,500 square feet of living space sold for $3,154,125. The home still has a great mix of historic details and modern amenities, such as a renovated chef’s kitchen. Along with the backyard, there is also parking and a garden level gym.

After two big sales in the building last week, another unit sold in recently renovated Residences at the Harvard Club, this time for $3,300,000. The three-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom, 2,415-square-foot unit is a duplex and direct elevator access, along with the other building amenities, including access to the Harvard Club.
