After a wild few weeks in Boston home sales, things have finally slowed down for the time being. Suburbs like Weston and Wellesley made up for it though, with sales in the multi-million dollar range. Cambridge also had sale over $3 million, and there was a $2.9 million home sold in Charlestown.

Sitting on a private cul-de-sac with almost two acres of land, this home has five bedrooms, four full bathrooms, two half bathrooms, and 6,232 square feet of living space. It sold for $4,050,000 on July 1, above Weston’s $1,378,200 median home value. The home is open concept and has lots of natural light. Along with that, there’s a large foyer, a landscaped backyard, a sunroom, a pool, and a large island in the kitchen.

On July 1, this home with 7,000 square feet of living space and six bedrooms sold for $3,870,000, above Wellesley’s $1,193,600 median home value. The home was custom-designed and built in 2015 in the stone-and-shingle style overlooking Wellesley Country Club. Inside the home there’s a formal living room, a large library, and an open-concept family room and kitchen.

28 Buckingham Street, Cambridge

This four-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom, 3,572-square-foot home sold for $3,075,000 on July 1, above Cambridge’s $663,900 median home value. The 1871 home built in the Brick Georgian Revival style has been renovated but still has high ceilings, crown moldings, a formal dining room, a parlor, and a large living room.

In the Monument Square area of Charlestown, this townhouse with six bedrooms and 4,566 square feet of living space sold for $2,965,000 on July 1, above the neighborhood’s $651,800 median home value.
