As the first full weekend of summer approaches, you may be fantasizing about escaping to a private summer getaway. Since this is a fantasy, how about imagining yourself in a $35 million Nantucket Sound mansion with more amenities than some seaside resorts?

121 Eel Point Road on Nantucket Sound has seven bedrooms, seven full bathrooms, four half bathrooms, 10,295 square feet of living space, and 4.25 acres of land. And that might not even be the most impressive part — it also has crazy unobstructed views of the water.

Inside the home there’s an open floor plan, impeccable craftsmanship — including a stone fireplace and wood-beamed ceiling — and a massive kitchen island with a sitting area. Outside there’s a pool, spa, pool cabana, a tennis court, and various patios.

Oh, by the way, the home also comes with a four-bedroom cottage house.

Trulia just named the coveted address to its list of most popular vacation homes currently for sale in the country, noting the home’ is “a mix of New England decor and architecture in the form of coffered ceilings, wide-board wood floors, and endless built-ins.”

Back in March, when the property was listed, The Cape Cod Times reported that 121 Eel Point Road was the highest-priced listing on the island, but did not beat out a home at Swain’s Neck that was listed for $59 million in 2012.

“Nantucket offers a one-of-a-kind community, exclusive yet with convenient accessibility, beautiful beaches, tranquility, sophistication, restaurants, boutique shopping, golfing, boating, history, privacy, safety and a secure investment,” Michele Kelsey, the home’s broker, told the Times. “Due to the limited supply, and strong demand, prices will continue to rise and sell on the island.”
