In one of Fenway’s newest luxury buildings, the Pierce Boston, there will be 109 condos, 240 apartments, and 12 sky cabanas.

The cabanas, The Boston Globe reports, are “open-air roof decks ranging from 150 to 250 square feet, with lounge furniture, wet bar, and an endless view of Boston.”

Oh, and the developer, Samuels & Associate, is selling them to the building’s condo owners for $300,000 to $350,000. The condos themselves range in price from $1 million to $6 million.

According to the Globe, the 12 cabanas will be separated from other roof deck amenities that are open to the whole building, such as the outdoor pool and sitting area and the indoor lounge.

“We were looking to create this urban oasis and offer an amenity no one else is,” Leslie Cohen, chief operating officer at Samuels, told the Globe. “It’s the best of both worlds: outdoor common areas and private sky.”
