This 6,855-square-foot home with five bedrooms, six bathrooms, and two half bathrooms sold for $4,175,000 on April 20. The sale comes in well above Wellesley’s $1,166,300 median home value. The Colonial home was constructed in 2014 and has a grand front foyer, coffered ceilings, a chef’s kitchen, a family room with a stone fireplace, and a finished lower level.

On April 15, this new construction shingle and clapboard style Colonial sold for $2,915,348, well above Winchester’s $883,800 median home value. The 6,800-square-foot home has six bedrooms, five bathrooms, and two half bathrooms, along with three finished levels of living space.

With 2,289 square feet of living space, two bedrooms, and 2.5 bathrooms, this condo near the harbor sold for $2,830,000 on April 15, above the North End’s $660,700 median home price.
