This oceanfront estate with four bedrooms, four full bathrooms, two half bathrooms, and 4,860 square feet of living spacesold for $3,221,750 on February 5, well above the $375,000 median closing price in town. Along with the amazing views, the home has been fully renovated and has a wet bar with a deck, a formal dining room, and an upstairs reading nook.

On Februrary 5, this five-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom, 6,652-square-foot 1853 Victorian style home in the Chestnut Hill Historic District sold for $2,780,000, well above the already high $865,000 median closing price in Newton. The home has a carriage house, a spacious family room, and an eat-in kitchen.

105 Marlborough St., Unit 3, Back Bay, Boston

This two-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom, 1,410-square-foot penthouse in Back Bay sold for $2,205,000 on February 5, above the neighborhood’s $1.1 million median closing price. The condo is a new construction and has soaring ceilings, a custom kitchen, a marble-mantel fireplace, and a storage loft area.

On February 10, this four-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom, 2,840-square-foot renovated home in Cambridge sold for $1,985,000, above the city’s $720,000 median closing price. The home has an open floor plan, a stone patio and yard, a media room, and a garage.
