30 Gerrys Landing Road just became one of the most expensive homes ever sold in Cambridge
30 Gerrys Landing Road has 13,235 square feet and a sizable plot of land.
It’s rare that you will find a home on an acre of land in the Boston-area.
But 30 Gerrys Landing Road in Cambridge, which just sold for $7.5 million after only a few months on the market, has just that.
It also has, you know, seven bathrooms, and a solid 13,235 square feet of living space.
The home, built in 1910, includes period details and character. It has a large reception hall, a terrace, a private library, a gallery studio room, a full basement, a wine cellar, and a four-car garage, along with a storage shed.
Story continues after gallery.
Look inside the Gerrys Landing Road home:
Though this Gerrys Landing Road home has sold for quite the price, making it the most expensive single-family home sale of the year in Cambridge, a four-bedroom condo sold for more back in February.
The four-bedroom, six-bathroom, 4,169-square-foot 975 Memorial Drive #207 condo sold for $7,650,000 and is only about half a mile from the Gerrys Landing Road home.
It seems that breaking the million-dollar mark is the norm in this part of Cambridge.
