Want to Live Like Gisele and Tom Brady? It’ll Cost You
If you’ve ever wondered what it might be like to live like Tom Brady and Gisele, now’s your chance.
Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen make a combined income of roughly $80 million a year, so a $40K a month bill for their 3,300 square-foot New York City apartment might seem reasonable. After all, it boasts “never before positioned views’’ of the Empire State Building and has access to a private gym, pool, library, and butler service.
But even the mega-rich can be thrifty. When you’re on-the-go as much as the New England Patriots’ quarterback and world’s wealthiest supermodel, it might seem reasonable to rent out one of your many residences.
For the $40K a month price tag, in addition to the amenities listed above, a future tenant will occupy their four bedroom, four and a half bath, with access to “concierge service, screening room, large dining room with catering kitchen’’ and private elevator. The Coleman Real Estate listing also mentions “soft light reflecting off the Freedom Tower and all of Manhattan’s bridges.’’ How’s that for romance?
If you haven’t been scared off by the asking price, maybe you’ll consider renting the apartment fully furnished for an extra $2,500 a month. After all, who wants to deal with moving?
The furnishings alone better wow, considering the average New Yorker drops around $3 grand a month for an unfurnished NYC closet that faintly resembles an apartment.
