The Academy Award-winning director recently listed his Greenwich, Conn. estate with agent Robin Kencel for $27.5 million, and the Conyers Farms property is loaded with amenities and over-the-top features.
Not only does it consiste of a six-bedroom, five-bathroom main house, the estate also includes a two-bedroom guest house, an indoor sports complex, an indoor pool, an observatory with a Meade telescope, barns (multiple), paddocks (yes, multiple), a greenhouse, and organic gardens, according to the listing.
