Biggest sales: A Back Bay condo in the Four Seasons for $5.8 million
The priciest sale on the Multiple Listing Service last week took place just two days after Christmas, sealing the deal on a luxurious Back Bay condo for $5,875,000.
Michael Carucci of Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty handled the sale of 220 Boylston St., Unit 1220, a front-facing corner unit overlooking the Public Garden and nestled inside the Four Seasons hotel.
One of only nine residences in the building with a fireplace, the unit offers three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and 2,084 square feet of living space. Plus, residing in the Four Seasons means all the perks of a hotel stay come with it: a 24-hour concierge service, a doorman, fitness center, room service, and spa access.
The sale also included two deeded parking spaces with the option to self-park or valet.
