One of the priciest sales on the Multiple Listing Service last week was a home in a Back Bay boutique concierge building.

Tracy Campion of Campion & Company sold 128 Beacon, Unit B, for $5,450,000 on Wednesday, Aug. 14. The 3,498-square-foot duplex has three bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, bay windows, two gas fireplaces, and high, elegant ceilings.

The elevator opens onto the parlor level, which includes formal dining and living spaces with a wet bar, a bedroom suite with a wall of built-ins, a family room, an everyday dining room, a kitchen, and a deck that faces the Charles River. Downstairs, two bedrooms each connect to a private and enclosed patio.

The brownstone is located on the water side of Beacon Street, a block away from the Public Garden. The sale also included two tandem parking spots in an on-site garage and extra storage.
