Basketball sneakers, hockey skates, and eight places to chow down — add them together and they make up Boston Landing, which is located just a 15-minute walk from this new-build condo. (The Celtics’ Auerbach Center and the Bruins’ Warrior Ice Arena are at Boston Landing.)

In the 32-unit building known as 100 Lincoln, this unit is on the fourth of five floors, reachable by elevator from the deeded parking space in the basement garage. Stepping through the front door of the condo, the 4-foot-long foyer hosts two hallways. There is also a closet to the right.

The unit is on the fourth floor of the five-story building.

Flooring in all but the two bathrooms is wide-planked white oak.

Moving straight ahead, the hallway leads toward the kitchen. But first on the right, one of two full baths emerges. It’s 33 square feet and has a single vanity with a white quartz top, tile flooring, and a shower/bath combination with a subway tile backsplash.

The hallway pulls deeper into the home, ending in the kitchen, dining nook, and living room, an open space totaling 335 square feet. As one enters, on the right is a dining area currently occupied by a circular table with seating for two.

A few steps further brings you into the comforting arms of the kitchen. The Metropolitan counters and cabinets form a U shape with the sink and dishwasher on the left, the refrigerator on the right, and the gas stove directly ahead. It’s like standing in a snowstorm; the primary color of nearly everything but the grates on the stove and the bronze accents is white. There is undermount cabinet lighting and a white tile backsplash.

The kitchen counter has an overhang that seats two and connects to the living room, which has a rectangular shape and a flood of natural light from the glassed doorway and other windows connecting the interior to the private deck. That outside space is 180 square feet and currently hosts a table and a separate round table with seating for two.

Returning to the foyer and heading down the second hallway leads to the two bedrooms and the final full bath. There is also a laundry closet with a stacked washer and dryer.

The secondary bedroom is 141 square feet and has a single window, shaped like a narrow rectangle, in the farthest corner. The lower portion can be opened for fresh air.

The final full bath is snuggled between the bedrooms and on the left side of the hallway. It’s 38 square feet, has a single vanity, porcelain tile flooring, and a shower behind a clear glass door. The flooring is black tile, and the backsplash is white subway tile.

The primary bedroom is where it all ends. It’s 158 square feet, one of the largest rooms in the unit. It has two windows of the same design as the secondary bedroom in the right corner.

Amenities for residents include a roof deck with lounge, dining areas, gas grills, and a fitness center. Other amenities are a resident lounge with a semi-private dining area, kitchenette, and lounge. There is also bike storage.

The units have central air conditioning, while heat and hot water are gas. Charlesgate has the listing for the development.
