There’s even a white picket fence.
Walking past it, a stone walkway installed last year leads to the covered front porch of this Norwood Colonial. Stepping into the foyer of this three-story home, a stairwell emerges on the right while directly ahead — and throughout the rest of the home — is hardwood flooring.
Turning to the left and through a French door leads to the living room, part of an open floor plan that spans the entire floor, from front to back.

In total, it’s 1,079 square feet of common space. In addition to the living room, the area includes the dining room and kitchen, plus a study snuggled into a nook on the left side of the home. The study has built-in shelving and a large double-hung window.

The living room starts with a four-window bump-out in the front of the house, while two more windows are located on the left exterior wall. There is a ceiling fan, crown molding, and recessed lighting.
Moving toward the rear of the home, the study emerges on the left, followed by the dining area, which sits directly across from the kitchen.

A three-light fixture defines the spot for the dining table, which currently seats six. Natural light arrives from a long, rectangular window with frosted glass on the left exterior wall. A mid-height wainscotting lines the dining area walls.
Separating the dining area from the kitchen is a slider to the rear deck and backyard. The kitchen is surrounded by counters in a U shape.
The countertops are granite, and they flow from the left and the right to the gas range. The sink is on the right and under a large window. Between the two layers of cabinets is thin, rectangular tile. Appliances are stainless steel, and mid-high wainscotting is used on the cabinet-free wall.

Returning to the foyer and the stairwell, it’s about 15 steps to the third floor, where the private space is found. At the top of the stairs behind bifold doors is a laundry closet with full-size appliances.
The hallway turns to the right, ending at a privacy-guaranteeing door to the primary suite. The 300-square-foot bedroom has a cathedral ceiling, a centrally located ceiling fan, and hardwood flooring. Natural light comes from four double-hung windows.

Two doors flow off the same bedroom wall. One connects to the 41-square-foot bathroom. It has a single vanity with a white sink and tile flooring. There is a shower/bath insert behind a curtain and a large double-hung window.
The second door opens into the walk-in closet with built-in shelving.
The other two bedrooms range in size from 222 square feet to 197 square feet. The larger of the two is in the front of the home and has a four-window bump-out.
The other bathroom on this floor is 58 square feet and has a single vanity topped by a sand-colored counter along with tile flooring. There is a shower/bath insert.
Heading back down to the second floor, the half-bath has a single vanity with a white sink and tile flooring.
Just past the half-bath, a carpeted stairwell leads to the finished lower level with hardwood flooring. A long hallway, lined with closets and storage spaces, ends in an 853-square-foot exercise room. Half of this area is also carpeted. Natural light comes from seven frosted-glass windows sprinkled along exterior walls. There is also a frosted-glass door leading to the backyard.

There is a two-room detached garage. The home has a new heating system from 2021, a tankless hot water tank, Nest thermostat, and Aprilaire humidifier.
Jill Cohen of Redfin in Braintree has the listing. As of press time, a contingent offer has been accepted on the home.
